What services do you provide?
Individual, couples and group counseling, Continuing Day Treatment and Supportive Case Management for adults 18 years and older. We have a specialized program for people with
co-ocurring mental health and substance abuse problems.

How do I make an appointment?
Call the Niagara Street Center (716-882-5959) or the Kenmore Center (716-877-6763)

Do you have evening hours?
Yes, we are open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 9pm.

Do you accept my insurance?
We accept Medicaid and Medicare and many types of private insurance. When you call for an appointment tell the receptionist what kind of insurance you have and she can tell you if we accept it.

What if I don’t have any insurance. Can I still get services?
Yes. We have a sliding scale fee system. This means we will set a reasonable fee based on your income.

Do I need to bring anything to my first appointment?

Just your insurance card, if you have one.

Is my information private?

Yes. The fact that you are in treatment, and everything about your treatment is confidential. We will only release this information if you give us written permission. Your counselor will give you a copy of our HIPPA compliant privacy policy.
